转化生长因子β1在肾病大鼠的表达及金水宝和音乐对其表达的影响
The expression of transforming growth factor β1 in nephrotic rats and the effect of Jinshui Bao and music on its expression
【摘要】 目的观察转化生长因子β1(transforming gowth factor-β1,TGF-β1)在阿霉素肾病(doxorubicin-induced nephropathy,DIN)大鼠疾病早期的表达,及金水宝、音乐对TGF-β1表达的影响。方法将140只6周龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、肾病组、金水宝组、金水宝加音乐组(药物音乐组),第7、28、56天检测各组大鼠胆固醇、甘油三酯、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿TGF-β1以及肾组织中TGF-β1。结果第28天金水宝组、药物音乐组与肾病组比较各项检查差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);第56天金水宝组、药物音乐组尿蛋白尿、尿TGF-β1、肾组织TGF-β1、胆固醇、甘油三酯低于肾病组(P<0.01),且药物音乐组尿蛋白尿、肾组织TGF-β1、胆固醇、甘油三酯低于金水宝组(P<0.05)。肾病组肾组织TGF-β1与尿蛋白、尿TGF-β1呈正相关。结论 TGF-β1与DIN尿蛋白的发生有关;金水宝及音乐可降低血脂及尿蛋白,降低TGF-β1的表达,减轻肾脏损害,延缓疾病进展。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) in early stage of adriamycin induced nephropathy(doxorubicin-induced nephropathy, DIN) rats and the effect of Jinshui Bao and music on the expression of TGF-β1. Methods One hundred and forty 6-week old male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:the normal group, the nephropathy group, the treatment with Jinshui Bao group, Jinshui Bao with music treatment group(drug combined with music group). Blood cholesterol, triglycerides levels, the 24-h urine protein levels, urinary TGF-β1and renal tissue TGF-β1of all rats were measured on day 7, 28, 56 after injection. Results On day 28, there was no significant difference between Jinshui Bao group, drug combined with music group and nephropathy group(P > 0.05). On day56, the urinary protein level, urinary TGF-β1, TGF-β1in renal tissue, the blood cholesterol, triglyceride in the Jinshui Bao group and drug combined with music group were all less than those in the nephropathy group and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). At the same time, the urinary protein, TGF-β1in renal tissue, blood cholesterol, triglyceride in the drug combined with music group were all less than that in the Jinshui Bao group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). TGF-β1expression in rats with nephrotic proteinuria, the urinary TGF-β1was positively correlated with urinary protein level and urinary TGF-β1. Conclusion TGF-β1is related to MCNS urine protein level. Jinshui Bao and music can reduce blood lipids and urinary protein, reduce the expression of TGF-β1, alleviate the damage of kidney,and delay disease progression.
