【摘要】 目的探讨Graves病用131I治疗与131I联合泼尼松龙片治疗的疗效差异,比较131I联合泼尼松龙片在Graves病患者治疗中的临床价值。方法选择行131I治疗的两组Graves病患者。A组给予131I二周后,给予泼尼松龙片5mg,1次/日,口服,共6周。B组给予131I治疗,不给予泼尼松龙片治疗。两组患者在治疗中依病情给予甲巯咪唑片及比索洛尔片对症处理,比较两组治愈率、治愈所需的时间,治疗过程中甲巯咪唑片及比索洛尔片使用的剂量。结果联合运用泼尼松龙的A组治愈率与B组比较差异不显著,但甲状腺功能恢复正常所需的时间、甲巯咪唑片及比索洛尔片对症处理所需的剂量明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泼尼松龙联合131I治疗Graves病疗效显著,能较快的改善自觉症状,减少早期并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy of131I alone and131I combined with prednisone tablets in the treatment of patients with Graves’ disease(GD) and to predict the clinic value of the combined therapy.Methods 66 patients with GD received131I therapy were divided into two groups:5mg prednisone tablets once a day starting 2 weeks after131I therapy and continued for 6 weeks(group A),131I therapy alone(group B).The methimazole and bisoprolol tablets to alleviate symptom were given to patients in the both group when necessary were received.The cure rate,cure time and methimazole and bisoprolol tablets consumption of two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference on cure rate between group A and group B.However,the recovery time for thyroid function,methimazole and bisoprolol tablets consumption in group A were significantly less than that in group B(P < 0.05).Conclusion131I combined with prednisone tablets for the treatment of GD show potential efficacy,it may rapidly improve symptoms and reduce early complications.更多还原
