【摘要】 从职业核心能力的具体内容入手,以"工程化"教育教学理论为指导,深入分析了"工程化"基础上培养大学生职业核心能力的重要意义,并从"工程化"的视角提出了以本科生教育为主的新建本科高校应通过转变教育观念、改革课程体系、设计教学内容、改进教学方法以及课外延伸拓展等举措,切实提高大学生的职业核心能力,以满足社会发展对人才的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guided by the theory of engineering teaching,it first pointed out the specific contents of occupational core competences and analyzed the significances of equipping college students with such competences in this paper. Then it suggested that colleges should change the educational concepts,reform curriculum system,design teaching contents,improve teaching methods and develop extra-curricular activities to improve the students’ professional core competences and meet the needs of social development for talents.更多还原
