多排现浇薄壁管桩(PCC桩)屏障隔振性能研究

【摘要】 首次提出将多排现浇薄壁管桩用于屏障隔振。现浇薄壁管桩(简称PCC桩)是一种新型的地基处理技术,目前对于其作为非连续屏障隔振的研究还是空白。本文采用三维有限元方法,研究了屏障排数对PCC隔振性能的影响。结果显示,多排PCC桩作为整体隔振屏障系统是有效的。随着桩排数的增加,屏蔽区的振幅会显著减小,但对屏蔽区的面积影响不大。此外排数的增加,屏蔽区外会出现一个振幅放大区域;排数越多,放大区的范围越大。取三排桩屏障时,整体隔振效果较好。和同直径的实心桩相比,PCC桩能达到相同的隔振效果,并且很经济。

【Abstract】 Driven cast-in-place concrete thin-wall pipe pile( referred as PCC pile) is a newly patented soft ground improvement technique in China. This paper presents three-dimensional multi-rows PCC piles as ground barriers for passive isolating vibration for the first time. Effects of number of barrier’s row on the effectiveness of vibration isolation are analyzed and presented by 3D FEM. The results indicate that the rows of PCC piles as discontinuous barriers can be functioned as an integrated system to isolate ground vibration. The number of rows mainly determines the thickness of barrier system and has less effect on the vibration reduction area. When the number of rows increases,the amplitude of ARFof the shielded area will significantly reduced. Besides increasing the number of rows,there will be an amplitude magnified area outside the shielded area; more the Rows,the greater the scope enlarged area. When three rows of pile were taken as barriers,better overall isolation effect has been gained. Compared with the solid pile of the same effective diameter,the isolation effectiveness of the PCC pile is better,and also is economically effective.
