【摘要】 目的分析中山市健康孕妇妊娠早、中、晚期碘营养水平及甲状腺功能状态。方法分别采用砷铈催化分光光度法、电发光免疫分析法定量检测分析437例单胎妊娠健康孕妇与120例非妊娠妇女的尿碘、FT3、FT4、TSH水平。结果观察组各孕期尿碘中位数明显低于对照组非妊娠妇女,孕早期尿碘开始降低,以孕中期的尿碘水平为最低。孕早期FT3、FT4水平高于孕晚期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TSH水平呈增高趋势,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本地区孕妇尿碘水平良好,孕妇的甲状腺激素水平与非妊娠妇女存在明显差别,各孕期之间亦存在明显差异,建立本地区各孕期的甲状腺激素参考值范围是非常必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze iodine nutrition levels and serum thyroid function of healthy pregnant women during early,middle and late pregnancy. Methods Arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry and electroluminescence immunoassay quantitatively were used to analyze urinary iodine levels in 437 cases of healthy pregnant women with singleton pregnancies and 120 cases of non-pregnant women as well as FT3,FT4,TSH levels. Results The median urinary iodine in pregnant women was lower compared to the non-pregnant women. The lowest urinary iodine median was found in the second trimester. The median of FT4,FT3 of pregnant women in early trimester was significantly higher than that in third trimester( P < 0. 05). The median of TSH increased followed the pregnancy( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The urinary iodine levels in pregnant women are in good condition. There are significant differences in thyroid hormone levels between pregnant women and nonpregnant women as well as different pregnancy. It is very necessary to establish thyroid hormone reference range of each pregnancy in different regions.更多还原
