聚丙烯废弃物填料SBBR工艺处理腌渍废水最佳运行工况的研究

【摘要】 [目的]探索使用序批式生物膜反应器处理腌渍废水的可行性。[方法]采用一次性聚丙烯废弃物作为填料,应用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)工艺处理腌渍废水,测定废水中化学需氧量与盐度的变化。[结果]序批式生物膜反应器在pH为7.1、温度为25~30℃、有机负荷(CODCr)浓度为956 mg/L时,对腌渍废水的化学需氧量和盐度去除率均较高。[结论]序批式生物膜反应器工艺简单,管理方便,适合处理难降解工业废水。

【Abstract】 [Objective]The research aimed to analyze the feasibility using SBBR process for the treatment of pickle wastewater. [Method]Taken one- time polypropylene waste as filter,the pickle wastewater was treated using SBBR process. The chemical oxygen demand( COD) and salinity changes were tested in the procedure.[Result]The results showed that under the optimum experimental conditions such as pH of 7. 1,temperature of 25- 30 ℃,initial CODCrconcentration of 956 mg /L,the removal rates of COD and salinity of pickle wastewater were all higher.[Conclusion]SBBR process was simple,convenient for management,and was suitable for the treatment of degradation- resistant industrial wastewater.
