【摘要】 [目的]研究干燥方法对蘼芜中藳本内酯含量的影响。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定不同干燥方法的蘼芜中藳本内酯的含量。[结果]藳本内酯在进样量0.019 97～0.199 70μg/ml与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.09%(n=9)。不同干燥方法对蘼芜中藳本内酯的含量有一定影响。[结论]蘼芜的干燥方式宜选用晒后烘干。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the effect of dry methods on ligustilide in Miwu. [Method]The content of ligustilide in Miwu. from different dry methods was determined by HPLC. [Result]There was a good linear relationship between ligustilide and peak area when the sample injection was from 0. 019 97- 0. 199 70 μg / ml( R = 0. 999 9),the average recovery was 100. 2%,and RSD was 1. 09%( n = 9).
