Effect of Heavy Metal Pollution on Soil Enzymic Activities
【Abstract】 [Objective]The research aimed to explore the soil enzymes for characterizing the pollution of heavy metal, and then to provide a theoretical basis for heavy metal contaminated soil environmental quality assessment.[Method]Pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of heavy metal pollution on enzymic activities(urease, calatase, intertase and et al) in black soil and microbial communities.[Result]There was a good negative correlation between urease activity and heavy metal pollution.Soil catalase activity was more sensitive to the content of Cu or Zn,and soil invertase activity was very sensitive to Cu contnet.[Conclusion]Urease activity was suited as a sensitive indicator for soil heavy metal pollution.
