【摘要】 目的探讨温肾软肝清化汤治疗肝硬化男性性功能减退综合征的临床疗效。方法将130例肝硬化男性性功能减退综合征患者依就诊顺序分为治疗组和对照组各65例。治疗组服用温肾软肝清化汤加减方,每日1剂,分2次服用;对照组口服安络化纤丸,每次6g,每日2次。两组均治疗8周后观察临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗后性功能减退、乏力、纳差、肝区不适症状的变化并于治疗前及治疗后第4周和第8周检测总胆红素(TBiL)、白蛋白(ALB)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清睾酮(T)值的水平。结果治疗组总有效率为81.54%,明显优于对照组的55.38%(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后与治疗前比较,性功能减退、乏力、纳差、肝区不适症状病例数均明显减少(P<0.01)。治疗组性功能减退、纳差、乏力症状病例明显少于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后第4、8周与治疗前比较,TBiL、ALB、AST均有明显改善(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后第4、8周与治疗前比较T值明显升高,对照组治疗后第8周与治疗前比较T值明显升高(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后第4、8周TBiL、ALB、AST、T值改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论温肾软肝清化汤能促进男性肝硬化患者T值复常,有效改善患者性功能减退、乏力、纳差、肝区不适症状及肝功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kidney-Warming,Liver-Softening and Clearing-Transforming Decoction for liver cirrhosis male sexual dysfunction syndrome.Methods Totally 130cases of liver cirrhosis male sexual dysfunction syndrome were randomized into the treatment group and control group according to treatment order,with 65in each.The treatment group was given modified Kidney-Warming,Liver-Softening and Clearing-Transforming Decoction one dosage perday,a half dose each time and twice daily.The control group was given Anluo Huaxian Pill,6g each time and twice daily.The clinical efficacy was observed in both groups after 8-week treatment.The symptoms such as sexual dysfunction,fatigue,anorexia and liver discomfort were observed in both groups after treatment.The levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),albumin(ALB),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and serum testosterone(T)were detected in the 4th and 8th week of treatment respectively.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 81.54% ,which was superior to 55.38% in the control group(P< 0.01).The numbers of patients with symptoms such as sexual dysfunction,fatigue,anorexia and liver discomfort were significantly lowered in both groups after treatment(P<0.01),especially the decline of sexual dysfunction,fatigue and anorexia in the treatment group(P<0.05or P<0.01).The levels of TBIL,ALB and AST were significantly improved in both groups in the 4th and 8th week of treatment(P<0.01).The T value was significantly increased after 4-week and 8-week treatment respectively in the treatment group but just after 8-week treatment in the control group(P<0.01).The improvement of TBIL,ALB,AST and T in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group after 4-week or 8-week treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Kidney-Warming,Liver-Softening and Clearing-Transforming Decoction can promote the normalization of T value,relieve the sexual dysfunction,fatigue,anorexia and liver discomfort and improve liver function of male patients with liver cirrhosis.更多还原
