【摘要】 以元宝枫油为原料,研究了元宝枫油在提取神经酸同时制备生物柴油的最优技术条件。预酯化工艺参数为:原料油与乙醇摩尔比1∶6,酯化时间2.5 h,催化剂用量4.0%;酯交换工艺参数为:预酯化混合物与乙醇摩尔比1∶6,催化剂用量1.0%,酯化时间3 h;分子蒸馏工艺参数为:初级分子蒸馏压力97 Pa,蒸馏温度60℃,物料流量1 kg/h;二级分子蒸馏压力50 Pa,蒸馏温度170℃,物料流量1 kg/h;三级分子蒸馏压力10 Pa,蒸馏温度170℃,物料流量0.3 kg/h。两次放大试验所得到的产品神经酸含量达到47%左右,生物柴油质量达到了GB/T 20828—2007国家标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acer truncatum Bunge seed oil was used as raw material for producing nervonic acid and biodiesel simultaneously.Pre-esterification parameters were: molar ratio of Acer truncatum Bunge seed oil to ethanol 1∶ 6,reaction time 2.5 h,dosage of catalyst 4.0%.Transesterification parameters were: molar ratio of pre-esterification mixtures to ethanol 1∶ 6,reaction time 3 h,dosage of catalyst 1.0%.Molecular distillation parameters were: the first molecular distillation pressure 97 Pa,temperature 60 ℃,material flowing rate 1 kg/h;the second molecular distillation pressure 50 Pa,temperature 170 ℃,material flowing rate 1 kg/h;the third molecular distillation pressure 10 Pa,temperature 170 ℃,material flowing rate 0.3 kg/h.The content of nervonic acid in the product obtained by pilot plant tests was about 47%,and the quality of biodiesel reached national standard GB/T 20828—2007.更多还原
