【摘要】 目的建立保健食品中叶黄素测定方法。方法样品经乙醇超声提取后用高效液相色谱法测定。结果叶黄素采用光谱比对与保留时间定性,外标法定量,且浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.999 9;检出限:0.36μg/100g;准确度实验加标回收率:97.5%~99.5%,精确度实验:RSD为1.01%。结论用高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,测定叶黄素的方法精确度、准确度均能满足保健食品中叶黄素分析要求,且灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简单快速,适用于保健食品中叶黄素含量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of lutein in health food. Methods Lutein was extracted from food samples with ethanol by ultrasonication and determined by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Results Lutein was identified by the retention time with spectrometric comparison and quantified by the external standard method. A good linear relationship presented within the concentration range( R2= 0. 9999); the limit of detection was 0. 36 μg; recoveries in accuracy test fell within the range of 97. 5%-99. 5%;RSD in the precision test was 1. 01%. Conclusion The method with HPLC separation and DAD detection can meet the requirements for analysis of lutein in health care food with features of high sensitivity,high reproducibility,simple and rapid.更多还原
