【摘要】 目的:建立复脉灵胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺（3:97:0.1:0.1）;色谱柱:Aglient TC-C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;检测波长:205 nm;流速:1.2 ml·min^-1;柱温:室温结果:盐酸麻黄碱的进样量在0.187～0.937μg范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 7）,平均回收率为99.26%,RSD为2.70%（n=6）;盐酸伪麻黄碱的进样量在0.226～1.130μg范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 7）,平均回收率为98.77%,RSD为2.21%（n=6）。结论:该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、结果准确,可作为复脉灵胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Fumailing capsules.Method:Ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in the capsules was determined by HPLC on an Aglient TC-C₁₈ column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-phosphoricacid-triethylamine （3:97:0.1:0.1） with a flow rate of 1.2 ml·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 205 nm and the column temprature was room temprature. Result:The content of ephedrine hydrochloride had a good linearity within the range of 0.187-0.937μg（r=0.999 7）,the average recovery was 99.26%and RSD was 2.70%（n=6）.The content of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride had a good linearity within the range of 0.226-1.130μg（r=0.999 7）,the average recovery was 98.77%and RSD was 2.21%（n=6）.Conclusion:The method is simple,reproducible and accurate,and it can be used in the content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Fumailing capsules.更多还原
