【摘要】 目的:探讨彩超引导下穿刺加硬化剂治疗肾囊肿的效果。方法:在彩超引导定位下对78例肾囊肿患者进行穿刺硬化治疗后,进行彩超观察和随访。结果:78例患者在彩超引导定位下全部穿刺硬化成功,随访6~12个月,治愈65例,显效9例,有效3例,无效1例,有效率达98.7%。结论:该项技术治疗肾囊肿准确性高、疗效好、操作简单,患者痛苦小、易于接受,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous puncture sclerosis under the guide of color doppler ultrasound on treating renal cyst.Methods: Treating 78 patients with renal cyst use percutaneous puncture sclerosis under the guide of color doppler ultrasound,then for color doppler ultrasound observation and follow-up after treatment.Results: All of 78 patients with color doppler ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture sclerosis were successes,follow-up for 6 to 12 months,65 cases were cured,effective in 9 cases,effective 3 cases,invalid 1 case,the efficiency was 98.7%.Conclusion: This technology is high accuracy,has a good curative effect,simple operation,the pain of the patient is small and easy to accept,worthy of a wide clinical application.更多还原
