【摘要】 目的:观察中医辨证治疗对心律失常的治疗效果并指导临床。方法:44例心律失常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组22例。治疗组进行中医辨证分型,依据不同的分型用不同方剂进行随症增减治疗;对照组用参松养心胶囊治疗。4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组显效率59.1%,有效率31.8%,总有效率90.9%;对照组显效率40.9%,有效率31.8%,总有效率72.7%。治疗组的显效和总有效率均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:中医辨证治疗对心律失常治疗效果明确,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of the TCM dialectical type on treating arrhythmia and guide the clinical treatment.Methods:44 arrhythmia patients were randomly divided into the treated group and control group,22 in each.The treated group was given the TCM dialectical type treatment,treated patients with modified recipe.The control group was given Shensong Yangxin capsules.4 weeks as a course.Results:In the treated group,the efficiency was 59.1%,effective rate was 31.8%,total efficiency was 90.9%;in the control group,the efficiency was 40.9%,effective rate was 31.8%,total efficiency was 72.7%.The efficiency and the total effective rate in treated group were higher than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation on has a clear curative effect on treating arrhythmia.It is worthy of the clinical promotion.更多还原
