【摘要】 目的:探讨术后护理对造血干细胞移植(HSCT)患者生活质量的影响。方法:将68例HSCT患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各34例。干预组接受系统化术后护理,对照组接受常规护理。在手术刚完及出院时,对两组患者生活质量水平进行对比分析。结果:干预组接受了系统的术后护理后,出院时的生活质量显著高于对照组。结论:对HSCT患者实施系统性术后护理,可提高移植成功率,显著改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the influence of postoperative care on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) patients’ quality of life. Methods: 68 cases of HSCT patients were randomly divided into experiment group and the control group, 34 cases in each. The experiment group received systematic postoperative care; the control group received usual care. The level of quality of life of the two groups of patients was analyzed when they just finished surgery and left hospital. Results: After received the postoperative care, the experiment group’ quality of life was significantly higher than the control group when they left the hospital. Conclusion: Postoperative care on HSCT patients can improve the success rate of transplantation and the quality of life of patients significantly.更多还原
