【摘要】 目的:研究当归补血汤对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂的影响。方法:将50只大鼠随机分为对照组、高脂饲料组,造模后高脂饲料组又随机分为模型组、当归补血汤大剂量组、当归补血汤中剂量组、当归补血汤小剂量组。对照组与模型组给予生理盐水,其余三组分别给予不等剂量的当归补血汤。在干预第14周取血检测TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C。结果:与对照组、模型组、当归补血汤小剂量组、中剂量组相比,当归补血汤大剂量组的TC、TG、LDL-C明显降低(P<0.01),HDL-C明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:当归补血汤可降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠的血脂水平,为临床运用补气活血之法防治动脉粥样硬化提供实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of the Danggui Buxue decoction on blood lipid of rats with atherosclerosis. Methods: 50 rats were randomly divided into normal group and high-fat group, after modeled, the success of high-fat diet group were randomly assigned to model group, Danggui Buxue decoction high dose group, Danggui Buxue decoction the middle dose group, Danggui Buxue decoction low dose group, in addition to the normal group, the other four groups established atherosclerotic dyslipidemia model. Normal group and model group were given an equal volume of saline; the other three groups were given different doses of Danggui Buxue decoction. In 14 weeks test point are based detection TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL- C. Results: Compared with normal group, model group, Danggui Buxue decoction the middle dose group, Danggui Buxue decoction the low dose group, Danggui Buxue decoction high dose group TC, TG, LDL-C levels were significantly lower (P<0.01), HDL-C levels increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: Danggui Buxue decoction could reduce blood lipids of atherosclerotic rats and provide experimental basis for the clinical use of the Buqi Huoxue method to prevent and treat atherosclerosis.更多还原
