遵循中医药人才成长规律 培养特色中医药人才的战略思考

【摘要】 人才培养是高等学校的根本任务,教育质量的高低由人才培养的质量所决定。以院校教育为主的高等中医药教育存在着人才培养模式单一、中医理论薄弱、实践能力缺乏、传统中医的特色优势衰减等弊端。提出遵循中医药人才成长规律,处理好继承与创新、课堂讲授与师承授受、中医与西医的3个关系,变革目前的中医教育模式,以再现中医药学强大的生命力。

【Abstract】 Talent cultivation is the fundamental mission for universities and colleges,and education quality is decided by the quality of talent cultivation.Higher TCM education based on institutional education has defects of single mode of talent cultivation,weaker theory,deficient practical ability and decayed TCM traditional advantages.The authors put forward the laws of TCM talent growth,and relationships between inheritance and innovation,lectures and discipular education,and Chinese medicine and Western medicine for reforming present TCM educational mode and reproducing the strong vitality of TCM.
