【摘要】 目的 "治未病"理论在小儿支气管哮喘中的临床应用疗效。方法将156例小儿支气管哮喘患儿辨证分型,采用冬病夏治疗法,以中药于三伏天穴位贴敷配合针刺、穴位注射治疗。结果 156例患儿经过3个疗程后,临床治愈90例,占57.7%;显效38例,占24.4%;有效22例,占14.1%;无效6例,占3.8%。总有效率为96.2%。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷配合针刺、穴位注射综合治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效显著,充分体现了其"治未病"的学术思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the theory of treating future disease in pediatric bronchial asthma.Methods 156 cases of infantile bronchial asthma were treated according to syndrome differentiation.The therapy of treating winter diseases in summer and traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint acupuncture,acupoint injection were applied.Results After 3 course of treatment,in 156 cases of patients,90 cases were clinical cured(57.7%),38 cases obviously improved(24.4%),22 cases effective(14.1%),6 cases invalid(3.8%),The total effective rate was 96.2%.Conclusion Treating winter disease in summer and acupoint application with acupuncture and acupoint injection can get obvious effect in treating pediatric bronchial asthma,which fully embodies the academic thought of treating future disease.更多还原
