【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法:治疗组31例用血府逐瘀汤联合利培酮治疗,对照组31例单用利培酮治疗。采用阴性与阳性症状量表、不良反应量表于治疗前及治疗第2、4,8周末评定临床疗效与药物不良反应。结果:两组疗效相当,但药物不良反应有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗精神分裂症疗效明显,不良反应较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and safety on schizophrenia treated by combination of TCM and western medicine.Method:31 Cases were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with risperidone as the study group while 31 cases were only treated risperidone as the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect and the adverse reactions of the medicine were evaluated with positive and negative syndrome scale and adverse reactions scale at the time point of pre-treatment and the 2nd,4th and 8th weekend of post-treatment.Result:The therapeutic effect of the two groups were similar,but the adverse reactions of the medicine of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine on schizophrenia is obvious and fewer adverse reactions have been found.更多还原
