【摘要】 目的:通过对2011年全国10省、市、自治区乡镇卫生技术人员调查,了解目前乡镇卫生技术人员现状,为国家制定相关政策提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查的方法调查抽样地区的246所乡镇卫生院的全部在岗卫生技术人员进行调查,通过比较了解乡镇卫生技术人员的来源、岗位、性别、年龄和从业年限、学历、技术职务、执业资格。结果:从事医疗和护理工作的卫生技术人员占乡镇卫生技术人员总数的56.7%,但医护比例倒置仅为1∶0.58,从事预防保健的卫生技术人员仅为11.5%,数量明显不足;69.5%的乡镇卫生技术人员为医学院校毕业生,但学历层次较低,以大专和中专学历为主;卫生技术人员以年龄30岁～39岁、从业年限在10年～19年、初级技术职务的为主,但30岁以下、从业年限不足10年、无技术职务的卫生技术人员所占比例亦较高;27.3%的乡镇卫生技术人员无执业资格。结论:我国乡镇卫生院卫技人员以大中专医学院校毕业的中青年为主,学历层次不高,年龄和资历较浅,多数为初级职称,乡镇卫生技术人员仍需接受继续教育以提高自身素质水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the investigation of medical personnel of township health centers in 10 provinces,municipalities, and autonomous regions which were selected nationwide in 2011,to know the current situation of medical personnel of township health centers,and to provide reference for administrative staff to draw up policies.Methods To investigate all the on-the-job medical personnel of all 246 township health centers in sampling area by questionnaire method,and to compare the source,post, gender,age,professional experience year,education background,technical position,qualification of them.Results There was 56. 7% medical personnel engaged in medical treatment and nursing,but the proportion of doctor and nurse was inversed,which was 1 to 0.58.There was only 11.5% medical personnel engaged in disease prevention and health care,and the ratiowas obviously was not enough.The 69.5% medical personnel graduated from medical schools,but the level of education background was lower, and the education background of most medical personnel was secondary medical school or junior medical college.Most medical personnel were 30 to 39 years old,10 to 19 professional experience years,and had primary technical position,but there also had higher proportion of medical personnel who were less than 30 years old,less than 10 professional experience years,and had no technical position.There was 27.3% medical personnel have no qualification.Conclusions In our country,the medical personnel in township health centers were mainly young and middle-aged persons who were graduated from secondary medical school or junior medical college.These medical personnel had lower education background level,and the age and experience years were shorter. Most of them had primary technical position.So all the medical personnel in township health centers still need to accept continuing education to improve their own quality level.更多还原
