【摘要】 目的:样品制备以及考核方案的设计是化妆品致病菌检测能力验证(PT)计划的难点和核心内容,本研究从金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和其生物性状相似的干扰菌的化妆品样品制作技术和考核方案的设计入手,研究化妆品致病菌检测能力验证的核心技术。方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌及其检测干扰菌的样品制作和考核评价为研究目标,从菌液制备、化妆品介质筛选、样品制备、均匀性/稳定性试验、考核方案设计等五方面对化妆品致病菌检测能力验证的关键技术进行了研究。结果:制作的化妆品微生物样品均匀性和稳定性检验结果符合要求,试用鉴定结果符合预期结果。结论:研制出均匀性、稳定性符合能力验证要求的化妆品致病菌检测样品,制定了客观、合理的考核评价方案,为化妆品微生物检测能力验证提供了较有价值的借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Sample preparation and appraisal program design were the difficulty and core of cosmetics pathogens Proficiency Testing(PT) program,in this study,with staphylococcus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa and other similar biographical bacteria as interference bacteria,to study the proficiency testing technology of cosmetics pathogens.Methods: The key technology of cosmetics pathogen detection proficiency testing was studied from preparation of bacteria broth and test samples,cosmetics media screening,uniformity and stability test,appraisal program design.Results: The uniformity,stability and the probation results of microbiological samples of produced cosmetics were all found to meet the requirement.Conclusion: This study has developed a objective and rational appraisal program for microorganisms detection proficiency testing in cosmetics with great reference value.更多还原
