【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to provide basis and reference for territory ecological civilization construction and the land resources sustainable utilization in the context of new-pattern urbanization. Methods employed include theoretical analysis and policy analysis. The results indicate that territory ecological civilization framework is built. It is elaborated and explained in the background of the new pattern urbanization. The conclusion is that it must change land use and management ways to promote the development of new-pattern urbanization, and actively explore the territory ecological civilization strategy and measures to meet the requirements of the new-pattern urbanization in innovation management of territorial resources.更多还原
