【摘要】 目的总结睾丸表皮样囊肿的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析1996年~2013年收治的12例睾丸表皮样囊肿临床资料。年龄15~41岁,左侧7例,右侧5例。结果 12例均行肿物切除术,术中冰冻病理检查确诊睾丸表皮样囊肿,随访2个月~17年,无复发。结论睾丸表皮样囊肿是少见的睾丸良性肿瘤,预后良好,体检及B超检查对术前诊断有帮助,术中冰冻病理检查可确诊,主张行保留睾丸的睾丸肿瘤剜除术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of epidermoid cyst of the testis. Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with epidermoid cyst of the testis from 1996 ~ 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analysed. Aged between 15 and 41 years,left side 7 cases and right side 5 cases. Results All 12 cases patients were undergone tumor resection. Intraopertive frozen section were performed in 12 cases and all of them were diagnosed clearly. Follow-up time was 2 months to 17 years. No recurrence was found in all patients. Conclusion Epidermoid cyst of the testis is a kind of rare begnign tumors of the testis. The prognosis is well. Physical examination and ultrasonic examination have significance to the diagnosis. Intraopertive frozen section is important for diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Tumor enucleation is recommended as its treatment.更多还原
