【摘要】 目的探讨原发性高血压病左室舒张功能与血浆内皮素的关系。方法 66例高血压病患者(观察组)和21例正常人(对照组)采用酶联免疫吸附法测定内皮素,组织多普勒技术检测左室舒张功能,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果高血压病患者血浆内皮素水平高于正常人(P<0.01);多普勒组织成像方法左室舒张功能障碍检出率高于二尖瓣血流频谱方法;e/a与ET水平呈负相关(r=-0.512,P<0.01)。结论组织多普勒技术对于评价左室舒张功能具有重要价值;内皮素在高血压病患者发生左室舒张功能障碍中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between left ventricular diastolic and plasma endothelin in the patients with essential hypertension. Methods The concentration of plasma endothelin measured by ELISA in 66 patients with essential hypertension and 21 cases healthy.The left ventricular diastolic function were evaluated by tissue Doppler imaging both of the groups. Results The levels of plasma endothelin was higher than normal subjects(P<0.01);The detection rate of tissue Doppler imaging was higher than that of the mitral annular motion(P<0.01);e/a and the level of plasma endothelin to Pearson correlation analysis showed significant correlation[r=-0.512,P<0.01].Conclusion Tissue Doppler imaging has a great value in assessing the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.Endothelin plays an importants role in hypertensive patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.更多还原
