【摘要】 目的分析郑州市二七区免费婚检前后的婚检状况,以采取措施,提高婚检率。方法对二七区自2008年度至2011年度婚检表格及登记册进行统计汇总。结果 2008年度、2009年度、2010年度、2011年度的婚检率分别为0.53%、0.54%、8.40%、6.58%,患病率分别为5.77%、5.36%、14.16%、14.30%。生殖系统疾病为检出疾病首位。结论免费婚检人群健康现状不容乐观,婚检已由政府买单,但依然强调自愿,要提高婚检率,关键是提高人们对婚检的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyzed the condition in free and rechargeable premarital checkups in Erqi district of Zhengzhou in order to take measures to improve the rate of premarital checkups.Methods Made a statistical analysis by summarizing the forms of premarital checkups from 2011 to 2012.Results The check-ups rates in 2008,2009,2010 and 2011 were 0.53%,0.54%,8.40% and 6.58% separately,while the prevalence rates were 5.77%,5.36%,14.16% and 14.30%.The prevalence rate of reproductive system was the highest in which of all diseases.Conclusion The health situation in people who received free premarital checkups was not optimistic.Although the premarital checkups had been afforded by the government,but the voluntary was still emphasized.The key to improving the rate of premarital checkups is enhancing people’s understanding of it.更多还原
