【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜技术在治疗异位妊娠的疗效;方法对20例异位妊娠患者根据具体情况于腹腔镜下行输卵管切除术、输卵管开窗术、输卵管保守性手术等不同手术,统计手术时间、出血量、肠道功能恢复、镇痛药使用、切口感染、住院天数。与对照组(随机抽取我院20例同期异位妊娠开腹手术)进行比较。结果腹腔镜手术组20例手术均顺利,无中转开腹。与开腹组相比较,在手术时间、出血量、术后排气时间、切口感染、住院天数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在异位妊娠手术中,腹腔镜手术较开腹手术创伤小、出血少、手术时间短、术后不需镇痛、术后病率低、肠道功能恢复时间早、住院时间短、恢复快、并发症少、术后妊娠率高,可作为治疗异位妊娠的一种常规手术加以推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic treatment for ectopic pregnancy.Methods For 20 cases with different surgery for ectopic pregnancy,laparoscopictubal resection, tubal embryo window to take surgery and tubal conservative surgery. Compared with the control group (randomly collect 20laparotomyfor ectopic pregnancy at the same period of time) forsurgical time, blood loss, recovery of bowl function, the use of analgesics,infection of the wound and hospital time.Results The 20 cases oflaparoscopy group had successfully treated; none of them conversed to open. Compared with the control group, the differences ofsurgical time, blood loss, recovery of bowl function, infection of the wound and hospital time were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with laparotomy,laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancywith advantages of minimally invasion, shorter surgical time, no need of analgesics, faster recovery of bowl function, less hospital time, faster postoperative recovery, less complication, more postoperative pregnancy. Laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy should be promoted as aroutinetreatment.更多还原
