【摘要】 目的报告分析中老年甲减症误诊为神经精神疾病病例,提高临床医师对甲减患者的识别能力。方法对18例急慢性误诊为神经精神疾病的甲减患者临床诊治资料进行分析。结果成年人甲减多见神经精神症状,易误诊。结论本病临床症状缺乏特异性,应提高对本病的诊断水平,便于及时治疗。更多还原
