【摘要】 目的分析延边地区2009-2012年5岁以下儿童死亡原因,为各级政府和卫生行政部门决策提供科学依据。方法统计分析延边地区8个县市上报的死亡报告卡,调查报告。结果上报的5岁以下儿童死亡403例,死因前五位为,早产低体重,先天异常,出生窒息,先心病,肺炎。从2009年至2012年5岁以下儿童死亡率百分比是逐年下降趋势,但统计学分析χ2=0.508P>0.05,无显著性差异。先天异常死亡率也逐年下降χ2=10.52P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论加强孕期保健,做好产前诊断,提高产时监护和新生儿期保健、新生儿窒息抢救水平仍是目前最窘迫的课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyzing the causes of deaths of children under 5years old from 2009 to 2012 in Yanbian to provide scientific evidences for allLevels of government and the hygiene departments to maks decisions. Methods Collecfing and Analyzing the statistic of death reports theeight counties have repooted in yanbian.
