【摘要】 目的观察丹参联合激素对狼疮性肾炎患者的血清IL-6及临床生化指标的影响。方法将36例狼疮性肾炎患者随机分为实验组(丹参联合激素组)及对照组(强的松组)。对照组患者予强的松,连续治疗8周。实验组在对照组的基础上加用丹参注射液。利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测两组患者服药8周前后的血清IL-6、肌酐、血清尿素氮和24h尿蛋白定量的水平,并进行分析。结果两组患者治疗前后血清IL-6、肌酐、血清尿素氮和24h尿蛋白定量指标均有明显降低(P<0.05),且两组患者之间治疗后血清IL-6、肌酐、血清尿素氮和24h尿蛋白定量均有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论丹参联合激素治疗较常规激素对于狼疮性肾炎有更明显的改善治疗作用。狼疮性肾炎患者血清IL-6与狼疮性肾炎患者的发生发展有关,并可作为病情及疗效判断的观察指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza combined with prednisone on interleukin 6 in patients with lupus nephritis. Methods 36 patients with lupus nephritis were divided into experiment group and control group randomly. Prednisone was given to control group for 8 weeks continuously, and experiment group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza combined with prednisone. IL-6, creatinine, urea nitrogen and urokinase protein in 24 hours were measured after 8 weeks. Results IL-6, creatinine, urea nitrogen and urokinase protein in 24 hours in each group were decreased significantly after 8 weeks (P<0.05). Compared with control group, IL-6, creatinine, urea nitrogen and urokinase protein in 24 hours in experiment group were decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with prednisone can treat patients with lupus nephritis effectively. IL-6 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis, and can indicate the therapeutic effects and progress of lupus nephritis.更多还原
