【摘要】 目的分析常德市区域内脑卒中患者院前转运与延误状况。方法常德市11个区县17家医院参与常德市脑卒中登记研究。采取表格方式对入组脑卒中患者的各项资料进行登记并录入数据库。结果共有5338例脑卒中患者进入登记数据库;出租车和急救车为患者的首选转运方式,分别占全部转运方式的41.6%和38.2%,县级医院以出租车为主,武陵区主要以急救车为主,高达69.7%。通过急救车途径到院时间小于2h的比例为37.0%,显著高于其他途径(P<0.01)。结论出租车和急救车为常德市脑卒中患者院前主要的转运方式;使用急救系统转运患者的就诊延误小于其他方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the pre-hospital transport and delay conditions among the stroke patients in Changde area.Methods 17 hospitals of the 11 counties/districts of Changde City were selected to participate in the Stroke Registration Cooperative Research.The patients’ data was collected with forms and was entered into the database.Results 5338 patients’ data was entered into the database;Taxi and ambulance were the patient’s preferred transporters,accounted for 41.6% and 38.2% of the total transits,respectively.Taxi was the main transporter in the counties;while ambulance was the most common transporter in Wuling,up to 69.7%.Thirty-seven percent of the patients transported by ambulance got to the hospital in 2 hours.It was significantly higher than other transporters(P<0.01).Conclusions Taxis and emergency vehicles are the main pre-hospital transport way among stroke patients in Changde City.By using the emergency system to transport patients,treatment delay is less than other ways.更多还原
