银翘解毒软胶囊指纹图谱分析

【摘要】 目的:建立银翘解毒软胶囊的指纹图谱。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,检测波长327 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL.min-1。测定10批银翘解毒软胶囊,建立其指纹图谱。结果:指纹图谱中标记了14个共有峰,10批银翘解毒软胶囊指纹图谱相似度均>0.97。结论:该方法具有良好的精密度、重复性、稳定性,可用于银翘解毒软胶囊质量的综合评价。

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Yinqiao Jiedu soft capsules.Method: HPLC was used with Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4 in a gradient elution,detection wavelength was 327 nm,flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,and column temperature was 30 ℃.Fingerprints of 10 batches of Yinqiao Jiedu soft capsules were established.Result: Under these selected spectrum condition,14 common peaks were marked in fingerprints of 10 batches of Yinqiao Jiedu soft capsules,similarity of 10 batches soft capsules were more than 0.97.Conclusion: This method had good precision,repeatability and stability,which were satisfied to comprehensive evaluation for quality of Yinqiao Jiedu soft capsules.
