【摘要】 目的:探讨代谢综合征(MS)中医证型与胰岛素抵抗(IR)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)、瘦素(LEP)的相关性。方法:检测99例确诊的MS患者的血脂,空腹血糖(FPG),空腹血浆胰岛素(FIns),CRP,LEP等指标,与24例体检正常的患者作对照,运用Sas9.13分析中医证型与各检测指标的相关性。结果:MS中医各证型组血脂,FPG,Fins,CRP,LEP均高于正常组,具有可比性P<0.05,并且有一定规律。结论:MS各中医证型与IR及CRP,LEP密切相关,可将CRP,LEP作为辨证分型的参考指标。更多还原
