【Abstract】 The connotation of university spirit and the requirement of teachers’ ethic are endogenously and exteriorly related with the spirit of science and humanity as the very core of the former and the charisma of knowledge and personality as the requirement of the latter. The reshaping of university spirit and the reinforcement of teachers’ ethic are complementary to and dependent on each other as the former providing source for the latter and the latter,in turn,enhancing the development of the former.更多还原
