高校图书馆隐性知识的开发与传播途径研究——基于“真人图书馆”活动的思考

【摘要】 高校图书馆对隐性知识的开发与传播尚存在很大欠缺,亟待改观。"真人图书馆""以人为书"的新颖"图书"传播形式,为隐性知识的传播提供了有效经验。借鉴此种经验,对于拓展高校图书馆服务功能实现服务创新有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Much is yet to be done in the development and transmission of tacit knowledge by university libraries.The new form of circulation of "books" by "living libraries",characterized by their "living books",offers a successful example of the transmission of tacit knowledge.Their success is of great significance to the service expansion and innovation in university libraries.
