基于均值pwm的正弦光栅的设计与分析

【摘要】 给出均值pwm的原理及方法,以此为基础提出使用空间宽度调制来设计正弦光栅的方法。分析结果表明:该正弦光栅对各种谐波均有良好的抑制效果,使得采用均值pwm的正弦光栅所投射的条纹对比度要比Ronchi光栅的高。

【Abstract】 The principle and method of mean pwm were introduced,and the above part is the basis of design method of sinusoidal gratings using space width modulation.The final analysis show that the sinusoidal grating have a good inhibitory effect on various harmonics,thus a sinusoidal grating adopting the mean pwm projects has higher contrast fringe than that of the Ronchi grating.
