【摘要】 目的:建立蒙药草果四味汤散中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,应用Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-甲醇-0.01%磷酸水(50:8:42)为流动相;流速0.8 mL·min-1;检测波长225 nm;柱温25℃。结果:木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯分别在0.12~0.72g,0.112 5~0.675 0g与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的平均回收率分别为99.51%,98.90%,RSD为0.53%,1.19%(n=6)。结论:该方法精密度高,分离度好,可用于蒙药草果四味汤散中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量测定。更多还原
