多功能磁性纳米材料用于水中Al(Ⅲ)的高选择性检测和去除
Multifunctional Fe3O4 nanoparticles for highly sensitive detection and removel of Al(Ⅲ) in aqueous solution
【摘要】 用简单的方法合成了罗丹明6G席夫碱,并将其修饰到Fe3O4纳米粒子(NPs)表面,修饰后的Fe3O4NPs(1c)可以对水介质中的Al3+进行检测,同时进行了活体细胞的荧光成像实验。结果表明:1c水溶性良好,在水介质中对Al3+有高的选择性和灵敏度。1c和Al3+采用1∶1的结合方式,检测限可达到0.3×10-9(质量分数)。此外,1c可以在较广的pH(5.0~11.0)范围内检测Al3+,同时也可以通过外加磁场将水中的Al3+进行富集和去除。
【Abstract】 Fe3O4 nanoparticles(NPs) decorated with rhodamine 6G Schiff-base,which exhibit high selectivity and sensitivity toward other common metal ions in aqueous media under a physiological pH window via a 1:1 binding mode,have been synthesized and characterized.The resulting conjugate 1c makes rhodamine 6G Schiff-base unit more water soluble,and the detection limit reaches 0.3×10-9(mass fraction) in water.Moreover,the 1c can detect Al3+ in a wide pH span(5.0-11.0) and enrich/remove the excessive Al3+ in water via an external magnetic field,indicating that it has more potential applications in biology and toxicology.Furthermore,1c provides good fluorescent imaging of Al3+ in living cells.
