【摘要】 欧盟"职业教育与培训质量"技术工作组开发了"共同质量保障框架"(CQAF),作为各成员国监督其职业教育与培训质量的指南。在"共同质量保障框架"的推动作用下,欧盟职业教育与培训的整体质量得到提升。随后,在对"共同质量保障框架"改进的基础上,欧盟委员会又提出"欧盟职业教育与培训质量保障参照框架"(E-QARF)。该框架的进步之处主要有:质量保障标准的语言表述方式更加精炼;质量保障标准更加细化、规范化;质量指标更加精细化;国家层面的职业教育与培训质量保障参照点(QANRP)的建立。更多还原

【Abstract】 The European Technical Working Group developed a Common Quality Assurance Framework(CQAF),it is a guideline for the Member States to monitor their quality of vocational education and training.The CQAF plays an important role in promoting the overall quality of European vocational education and training.Then,on the basis of "common quality assurance framework",the European Commission proposed a "European vocational education and training quality assurance reference framework"(EQARF).The New Progresses of the EQARF are as follows: The expression of quality assurance standard is more refined;The quality assurance standards are more standardized;The quality indicators are detailed;Establish the Vocational Education and Training Quality Assurance national reference point(QANRP).更多还原
