【摘要】 目的:通过建立吗啡成瘾大鼠模型,探讨温针灸对戒断大鼠脑区cAMP反应元件结合蛋白(CREBmRNA)表达的影响。方法:采用逐日递增法建立吗啡戒断模型,将40只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、温针灸组、手针组,观察不同的治疗方法对吗啡戒断后脑内CREBmRNA表达的影响。结果:针灸治疗能够下调戒断后大鼠脑组织的CREBmRNA表达(P<0.05),其中以温针灸组为著。结论:温针灸能够减轻大鼠的戒断症状,其机制可能与其调节大鼠脑内CREBmRNA表达有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the effect and influence of moxibustion with warm needle on the expression of CREB gene in SD rats’ related brain areas after morphine withdrawal.Methods: Establish a morphine withdrawal model by the method of increasing by degrees day by day.40 rats were divided into control group,model group,acupuncture with warm needle group,acupuncture group.After different methods,observe its improvement on rats’ behavior and the expression of CREB gene in brain.Results: Acupunture could decrease the expression of CREB gene in rats’ s brain after morphine withdrawal(P < 0.05),especially in the acupuncture with warm needle group.Conclusion: Moxibustion with warm needle can ameliorate rats’ symptoms after morphine withdrawal.The mechanism is possibly related to that moxibustion with warm needle can adjust the expression of CREB gene on rats’ brain after morphine withdrawal.更多还原
