【Abstract】 A LC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of pinaverium in human plasma.Paclitaxel was used as the internal standard.A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-2 mmol/L ammonium acetate-formic acid(70:30:0.1) in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode with the transitions of m/z 512.5→231.3(pinaverium) and m/z 854.3→286.3(paclitaxel),respectively.The recoveries of pinaverium at low,medium and high concentration levels were 111.7%,104.9% and 99.7%,respectively.The inter-and intra-day RSDs were less than 15%.更多还原
