【摘要】 GW112是近年来发现的嗅觉介导素相关蛋白家族的新成员,在神经发育、细胞间黏附、细胞周期调控及肿瘤发生等多种细胞功能中起重要作用。GW112调节肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡、黏附,并对关键信号转导通路起调控作用。GW112在消化道肿瘤中异常表达,且在早期胃癌及结直肠癌中呈高度特异性表达,提示其可能成为新的早期诊断胃癌及结直肠癌的靶点基因。更多还原

【Abstract】 GW112 is a new member of olfactomedin gene family. GW112 plays an important role in a variety of cellular functions,such as neurogenesis,cell adhesion,cell-cycle regulation and tumorigenesis. GW112 also involves in proliferation,apoptosis and adhesion of tumor cells,as well as the regulation of crucial signal transduction pathway. GW112 expresses abnormally in gastrointestinal tumor,especially with a high specificity in the early detection of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer.It suggests that GW112 may become a target gene in the early diagnosis for gastric cancer and colorectal cancer.更多还原
