【摘要】 目的探讨纤维支气管镜(fiberoptic bronchoscopy,FB)检查术前不同时间禁食、禁水方法的效果。方法选择行FB检查的患者390例,按检查单、双日分组,单日为试验组,双日为对照组,试验组200例进食100ml半流质,如米糊、粥、水泡馒头等,2h后行FB检查,对照组190例给予250g普通饮食,4h后行FB检查,对两组检查前、检查中出现恶心、呕吐、误吸、头晕、心悸等症状,以及呼吸、心率、血压、血氧饱和度、焦虑程度等情况进行观察和记录。结果两组恶心、呕吐、误吸、心悸,以及呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),头晕症状、舒适程度、焦虑程度、血压值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FB检查前2h,让患者一次进食100ml半流质是安全可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of different timing of preoperative fasting and water deprivation in patients receiving fiberoptic bronchoscopy(FB).Methods Totally 390 patients receiving FB were divide into two groups.The 200 patients in the experimental group intake 100ml semi-liquid foods,such as rice paste,porridge,steamed bread mixed with water,at 2 hours before bronchoscopy.The 190 patients in the control group intake 250g ordinary foods at 4 hours before bronchoscopy.The incidences of nausea,vomiting,aspiration,dizziness,palpitations as well as vital signs,oxygen saturation and anxiety before and during bronchoscopy were recorded.Results There were no significant differences in the incidences of nausea,vomiting,aspiration,palpitations as well as respiration rate,heart rate and oxygen saturation between the two groups(P>0.05).Significant differences were found in the incidence of dizziness and the level of comfort,anxiety,blood pressure between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking 100ml semi-liquid foods at 2 hours before bronchoscopy is safe and feasible.更多还原
