【摘要】 目的探讨影响基层医院合理用药的主要因素,规范设计相应的监护对策。方法依据国家颁发的《临床用药须知》、《抗菌、麻醉和精神药物临床应用指导原则》以及《医疗机构药事管理暂行规定》、《医院管理评价指南(2008版)》、《中医医院管理评价指南(2008版)》等对医院药学的要求,对辖区150家基层医院的用药情况进行了调研。结果与结论归纳了影响临床合理用药的12种因素,设计出10项监护措施。应用于指导临床用药,收到了显著效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the main factors influencing rational drug use in basic level hospitals,and standardize and design corresponding care strategies.Methods On the basis of medicinal requirements in" Clinical Medication Notice" issued by the government," Guiding Principles for Clinical Application of Antibacterial"," Anesthetic and Psychoactive Drugs"," Medical Institute Pharmaceutical Management Interim Provisions"," Hospital Management Assessment Guide"(2008 Edition) and" Chinese Hospital Management Assessment Guide"(2008 Edition) on the hospital pharmacy,the situations of drug use in 150 primary hospitals in the local area were studied.Results and Conclusion A total of 12 influencing factors were summarized,and 10 care measures were designed.These measures were used to guide clinical medication which achieved significantly effects of improving rational drug use and preventing adverse drug use.更多还原
