【摘要】 目的探讨肢端型皮肤黑色素瘤的手术疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2000～2006年共收治的25例肢端型皮肤恶性黑色素瘤患者,采取手术为主的治疗方法,对临床资料和随诊结果进行分析。结果随访时间5～8年,平均6.5年。按照AJCC外科分期,I期3例,Ⅱ期5例,Ⅲ期15例,Ⅳ期2例。5年生存率分别是100%,80%,53%,0%。术后皮瓣和植皮均成活,均无复发和继发性溃疡发生。皮瓣感觉功能良好。结论手术是黑色素瘤的主要治疗方法,规范的手术治疗可获得良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of surgical treatment for extremity cutaneous malignant melanoma. Methods Since 2000 to 2006,25 patients with extremity cutaneous malignant melanoma were treated in our department by surgical treatment.Their clinical materials and follow up results were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were followed up from 5 to 8 years(mean,6.5 years ).According to AJCC Staging system,3 were in stageⅠ,5were in stageⅡ,15 in stageⅢ,and 2 in stageⅣ.The 5-year overall survival rate was 100%,80%,53%, 0%respectively.All skin flaps or grafts survived without recurrence and ulcer.Sensory function recovery of the flap was satisfactory.Conclusion Surgical excision is the main way of melanoma treatment.Normative surgical management provide well clinic efficacy.更多还原
