【摘要】 目的:观察疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法:将71例急性脑梗死患者分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(35例)。对照组给予常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用疏血通注射液6ml,缓慢静脉滴注。两组均治疗3周。治疗前、后检测患者的血液流变学指标[全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原、血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板比积(PCT)],观察两组的疗效及不良反应。结果:两组治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原、MPV、PDW显著下降,PLT显著升高,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组各项指标改善情况显著优于对照组,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为91.67%,与对照组(74.29%)比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。试验中两组均未见不良反应发生。结论:疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.METHODS:71 cases of cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(35 cases).Control group received routine symptomatic treatment.Treatment group was additionally given intravenous drip of Shuxuetong injection 6 ml slowly.Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 3 weeks.The hemorheological indexes were detected [whole blood viscosity,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),platelet hematocrit(PCT)].Therapeutic efficacy and adverse drug reaction were evaluated according to clinical efficacy evaluation criteria.RESULTS:The whole blood viscosity,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,MPV and PDW decreased significantly while PLT increased in 2 groups after treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the improvement of index between 2 groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%,there were significant differences,compared with control group(74.29%).No adverse drug reaction occurred in both groups.CONCLUSION:Shuxuetong injection is safe and effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
