【摘要】 目的探讨CT在腹部创伤诊断中的临床应用。方法回顾性分析本院2010年3月~2012年3月的220例腹部创伤患者的CT资料,其中,187例患者行手术治疗,33例患者行保守治疗。比较手术治疗结果与CT诊断结果。结果采取手术治疗的187例患者中,有180例患者的CT检查结果与手术结果相符,检出率为96.2%。各部位CT脏器损伤检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT检查可有效降低患者的误诊率,对于腹部创伤患者具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of CT diagnostic in abdominal trauma.Methods The CT imaging manifestations of 220 patients with abdomens trauma from March 2010 to March 2012 were analyzed retrospectively, 187 cases of patients were taken operative treatment,and 33 cases of patients were taken expectant treatment.The results of CT diagnostic and operative treatment was compared.Results The result of operation treatment and CT diagnosis were consistent in 180 cases,with the concidence of 96.2%.Various parts of the CT detection rate of organ injury had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion CT diagnosis can effectively reduce the probability of misdiagnosed patients,it has a high clinical significance to patients with abdominal trauma.更多还原
