【摘要】 目的研究双切口双钢板内固定在复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2008~2012年本院收治的30例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者作为实验组,采用双切口双钢板内固定法进行治疗,并选择同期采用单切口切开复位钢板内固定治疗的30例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者作为对照组,比较两组的临床疗效、术后功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者治疗的优秀率为60.0%,优良率为90.0%;对照组优秀率为26.7%,优良率为80.0%;实验组优秀率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),优良率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后3、6及12个月功能未完全恢复情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均未出现相关的并发症。结论双切口双钢板内固定在复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗中的应用效果良好,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of two incision double plate fixation in patients with complex tibial plateau fracture.Methods 30 cases of patients with complex tibial plateau fracture from 2008 to 2012 in our hospital were set as the experimental group,were given two incision double plate fixation treatment,and 30 cases of patients with complex tibial plateau fracture who were treated with single-incision reduction and internal fixation treatment were set as control group.The clinical efficacy,postoperative functional recovery and occurrence of complications was observed in two groups.Results The excellent rate of experimental group was 60.0%,excellent and good rate was90.0%,the control group was 26.7% and 80.0% respectively,the excellent rate of two groups had significant difference(P<0.01),excellent and good rate had no significant difference(P>0.05).Patients not fully functional recovery in both groups 3, 6 and 12 months had no significant difference(P>0.05).Two groups of patients had no related complications.Conclusion The application effect of two incision double plate fixation in patients with complex tibial plateau fracture is well and safe.更多还原
