【摘要】 目的探讨目标管理在医院护理管理中的应用效果。方法制订健全的目标管理制度,并应用于现有的护理管理中,完成目标者组织实施评价。对本院实施目标管理前后医疗纠纷和医疗事故的发生率以及患者对本院的护理满意度进行统计。结果目标管理实行前,患者的投诉率为2.44%,满意率为86.2%;目标管理实行后,患者的投诉率为0.26%,满意率为96.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理在医院护理管理中的应用效果理想,为保证本院高效和稳定的运行提供了有力的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of target management in hospital nursing management.Methods The target management system was developed and applied in the current nursing management,the people who achieving goals organized and implemented the evaluation.The incidences of medical disputes and medical negligence and the patients′ satisfaction to nursing before and after the implementation of target management were observed and calculated. Results Before the implementation of target management,the patient complaint rate was 2.44% and the satisfaction rate was 86.2%;after the implementation of target management,the patient complaint rate was 0.26% and the satisfaction rate was 96.9%,the differences between the two groups were significant( P<0.05). Conclusion Target management has ideal application effect in hospital nursing management and provides strong guarantee to the effective and stable running of our hospital.更多还原
