【摘要】 目的观察酚妥拉明联合阿拉明治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年8月~2013年2月收治的60例小儿重症肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组,两组患儿均进行抗炎、强心、利尿等常规治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上进行酚妥拉明联合阿拉明治疗,对照组患儿单纯应用阿拉明治疗,观察两组患儿咳嗽、肺部啰音等临床症状的改善情况,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果两组患儿的临床症状均有所改善,观察组患儿的有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的76.7%(P<0.05),无死亡病例;观察组有2例患儿发生腹胀的现象,经对症治疗后症状消失;对照组有4例患儿发生鼻塞和呼吸急促的现象,停药后症状消失,1例合并先天性心脏病患儿出现心力衰竭,经对症治疗后症状消失,无其他不良反应的发生,两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.30,P>0.05)。结论酚妥拉明联合阿拉明治疗小儿重症肺炎具有着良好的临床效果,可以明显控制和改善患儿的微循环障碍,提高治愈率,值得在临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of phentolamine combined with aramine in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia. Methods Sixty children with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from August2011 to February 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Both groups received anti-inflammatory,cardiac,diuretic and other conventional treatment,on the basis of which the observation group was given phentolamine combined with aramine treatment and the control group was given simple alamin treatment.Cough,pulmonary rales and other clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed.The treatment efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The clinical symptoms of both groups was improved.The treatment response rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than the 76.7% of the control group( P<0.05),with no deaths occured.In the observation group,2 children had abdominal distension,which disappeared after symptomatic treatment.In the control group,4 children had nasal obstruction and breath shortness,which disappeared after drug withdrawal,and 1 patient complicated by congenital heart disease had heart failure,which disappeared after symptomatic treatment,the two groups did not have statistically significant differences in the adverse reactions( χ2=1.30, P >0.05).Conclusion The application of phentolamine combined with aramine in children with severe pneumonia shows good efficacy,can obviously control and change the patients′ microcirculation and improve the cure rate,thereby worthy of wide clinical promotion.更多还原
