【摘要】 目的探讨在筋膜扩张器配合下实施钬激光手术治疗男性尿道狭窄的效果。方法选择本院2009年1月~2012年6月收治的尿道狭窄患者42例,根据临床治疗方法不同将患者分为开放组20例和钬激光组22例。钬激光组采用筋膜扩张器辅助下钬激光手术治疗,开放组采用开放性手术治疗,观察两组患者手术情况和术后复发、再手术情况。结果钬激光组患者手术时间明显长于开放组,住院天数明显少于开放组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。钬激光组患者术后复发率和再手术率明显低于开放组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论筋膜扩张器尿道扩张术结合钬激光切开手术治疗男性尿道狭窄具有较好的临床疗效,可加快患者康复速度,减低复发率和再次手术率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of incision of HO: YAG laser with fascial dilator for the treatment of male urethral stricture. Methods 42 case of urethral stricture in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2012 were distributed into open surgery group of 20 cases and holmium laser group of 22 cases according to the clinical treatment methods. Holmium laser group was given fascia dilator assisted holmium laser operation, the open surgery group was given open operation. The surgical status, postoperative recurrence and reoperation of patients in two groups were observed.Results Compared with open surgery group, the surgery time in HO: YAG laser group was significantly longer, the hospital stays was significantly lower, and the differences were statistical significant( P <0.01). Compared with open surgery group,the rate of postoperative recurrence and reoperation in HO: YAG laser group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Dilation of urethra combined with incision of HO: YAG laser with fascial dilator for the treatment of male urethral stricture has better clinical curative effect, and can accelerate the pace of rehabilitation of patients, reduce the rate of recurrence and reoperation.更多还原
